Quizá el ruido de la gente
me impedía oír tu corazón, no puedo negarlo, pero sí inventármelo.
Latía como si fuera la primera vez que latiera por algo, como un epígrafe más
de la tierna lista que me has creado, esa sucesión de pequeñas cosas en las que ya nunca podrán despojarme de mi rango.
Compartimos secretos, los
dejamos evaporar y se los llevó el agua, se fueron con las ondas, los alejamos a
golpes de karate con nuestros pies mojados.
Y todas las luces de la
piscina apuntaron hacia nosotros como si fuéramos los grandes actores de un
gran escenario, recitamos el guión punto por punto como si lo hubiéramos
improvisado.
Y mi memoria de pez nadó
en aquel agua, y por eso aún recuerdo a qué sonabas, por mucha moneda al aire que caiga, de cruz o de cara.
Aún me coges fuerte para
que no me enfríe, para que no me vaya. Aún te agarro con fuerza para que no te lleven, para que no te caigas. Y aún duran las gotas sobre nuestra piel mojada, las palabras flotando
tras la ventana empañada.
El sol asoma tímido por el
este, los primeros rayos se desperezan tras el jardín donde aún nadie corre. Es
muy pronto para todo, tengo sueño, me pesa la vida ahora mismo.
Una adolescente pasa con
mochila a mi lado, mira al suelo, como yo. Ambas nos perdemos en las sombras azuladas
que las farolas dibujan como trazos de carboncillo. Las cruzo y no se borran,
nada de ellas se queda en mis pies.
Enfrente me esperan todas
las palmeras, los estridentes colores de las pérgolas del parque hacia el que
cada mañana repto, y en el que crezco porque hace ya muchos días que le
encontré sentido.
La luna ya duerme, como
tú, en ti.
Saco la cámara y lo
inmortalizo.
